Bonjour
je reviens vers vous car mon Pc est de plus en plus lent, je dois attendre une eternité entre chaque clic, quand il répond mais souvent il se bloque , merci de votre aide ,que dois je faire? j'attends vos directives eventuelles.

Si tu veux bien on va d'abord vérifier que ton PC n'est pas infecté.
Suis cette procédure du mieux que tu le peux.

avec AVG il y avait des cookis et Downloader.Tiny.Id que j'ai supprimé

j'ai souvent des fenetres qui s'ouvrent ,du genre voulez vous enregistrer Spyware Secure_Trial_setup.exe ou de la pub ou des sites plutot chaud

:) quelques bricoles a enlever.
Tu me dira si aprés ceci si tu as encore des fenétres "chaudes" ou autres.

Pour commencer tu va arrêter un service.

Démarrer > Exécuter et taper Services.msc puis OK
Choisir le mode "Etendu" (onglets inférieurs)
Grâce à la barre de défilement (à droite) rechercher le service suivant:

DomainService

Quand le service est trouvé, pointer dessus, double-cliquer (bouton gauche).
Dans la fenêtre suivante qui apparait, sous l'onglet Général cliquer sur le bouton Arrêter,
puis dérouler le Type de Démarrage pour le modifier en Désactivé
Cliquer sur Appliquer puis OK

Lancer Hijackthis, choisir Ouvrir la section outils
la fenêtre "Configuration va s'ouvrir
cliquer sur (b]Supprimer un service NT...[/b]
la fenêtre "Supprimer un service NT" va s'ouvrir
Entrer dans la zone de dialogue :

DomainService

Note : assurez-vous de ne mettre d'espace, ni avant, ni après !
cliquer OK

Une autre fenêtre devrait s'ouvrir, donnant des informations sur le service et demandant si vous voulez re-démarrer.
Cliquer NO

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
  • Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
  • Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
  • Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
  • Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
  • Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK
  • Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse


Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

Voila pour commencer.

j'ai suivie les instructions mais dans DomaineService j'ai trouvé le thype de démarrage déactivé, alors j'ai continué
j'ai fais le scanne VundoFix.exe mais je l'ai fermé et je ne retouve plus le rapport!!! je désolée

le rapport vundo se trouve à la racine de ton disque.
Tu fait "poste de travail" ensuite clique sur ton disque dur (C:\) tu va le trouver.

Surtout ne télécharge pas c'est un faux.

Je me doute que ton PC est lent mais il ne servira a rien de l'optimiser tant qu'il n'est pas nettoyé.
Et il en reste encore puisque tu as des alertes spyware secure.
Alors on continue.

=> Télécharge Fixnavilog (par IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta prochaine réponse.
Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Merci Momo31.
tu fais ce qui suit ensuite cela devrait aller nettement mieux.
Tu me dira ce que cela donne et postera le rapport qui va avec.

Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Poste le rapport cleanavi.txt
